In 2021 remixed for Nervous Records Arduini & Pagany top tracks with the name "Sunflower". The same year through the collaboration with Pagany and Distar Records Jay produced a remix for Jose Burgos and Kenny Bobien. In 2014 Jay releazed some projects with Alfred Azzetto and his Mind The Gap Records as "Giangi Caruso". in 2013 Jay signed to Jerry Ropero and Kontor Records some successful deep house releases. The same year Jay Caruso produced other good deep house releases with Moon Deep Records and Mahjong Records.
