I am Dominique Allan, I professionally trained as a singer in 2007 in London, UK. I was taught privately and attended additional training at London vocal coaching college. I studied a degree in Contemporary Performance Studies at University Northampton. I went on to form and be lead singer of a 8 peice Folk/Rock band in London in 2007-2011 called Lunar Rising, playing gigs all over London in venues such as the O2 Forum Kentish Town, Water Rats and Dingwalls. I also wrote the backing vocal parts and directed the band with Vocal and instrument arrangements for each song.

Following this I have collaborated with many different musicians and producers to write original lead vocals and lyrics for songs. These include Rock, Folk, Dance, Hip-Hop, Pop, Reggae and dub. I have collaborated for 9 years with Producer and Mix engineer Arkanum Studio, and written two original Reggae/Dub Albums. Released by Arkalypsis Label, One of which is released onto ITunes called ‘Calling’ Dominique Allan. I wrote all the lyrics and all the vocal melodies for this album and for our previous album called ‘The road so Far’.

My voice is Strong, Soulful, Emotional, Powerful
I can naturally sing Soprano well but am also able to sing Low very well and with much depth.
All genres welcomed, I am very versatile and open minded. I have an excellent work ethic and have the ability to create interesting lyrics and melodies quickly. I am reliable to work with and am open to constructive criticism and feedback. I specialise in being able to sing a variety of styles and able to sing Loud and strong but also light and airy.
