Originally venturing out on the music scene as a Drummer, Mikay has played with several bands over the years including JAKIL, The Mannequins & Llynnett to name a few.

Having grown up playing a banged up piano in his musical family home,
he has written thousands of tracks over the years as well as help write with and develop other artists from his studio in Edinburgh.

With his solo works released as MIKAY his goal is to create an un-apologetic combination of Piano, Vocals & Digital Production, penning genre defying tracks with a melting pot of ideas and hooks he has stumbled across throughout the years and continues to pursue now.
