Hi there - thank you so much for checking this out :) ... I want to get a few specifics out of the way then move on to creative (below)....
Feel free to take a section of the supplied audio and work it over and see what you come up with - would be great to have at least a verse, PreCh, and a chorus / hook to get an idea of what you're thinking about.
- I'd love to work on this in the 2/3 weeks following awarding the project. I'm flexible on a deadline but please no later than 8/20 for a final delivery.
- I'd like for you to come up with melody and phrasing around a basic idea (tripping out on psychedelic compounds at night), sketch it out rough draft style, then we can work on the lyrics together
- Final deliverable will have lead, doubles L/R, harmonies, and adlibs and will have both wet (tuned w/efx) and dry (untuned/no efx)
I'm generally super flexible and collaborative and love synergy between creative so I welcome your thoughts on this.
Think "Rufus Du Sol" but a bit more psychedelic and kind of dark. Medicine music Ayahuasca vibe (bonus points if you know what I'm talking about).

Intro / Verse - 8 bars (sparse, spoken with light melody)
PreCh1 - 4 bars
Break (adlibs already there, need a few more) - 8 bars
Verse 2 (building to chorus) - 8 bars
PreCh2 - 4 bars
LeadUp - 4 bars (sparse and breathy)
Chorus1 - 8 bars (dark and spaced out)
Verse2 - 8 bars
PreCh2 - 8 bars
LeadUp2 - 4 bars (breathy and sparse)
Chorus2 - 8 bars
Bridge - 8 bars
Chorus3 - 8 bars
Outro Chorus - 8 bars (main chours + adlibs and harmonies)
Outro - harmonies waterfall into the first 2-4 bars of the outro, the rest of the outro vox are spaced out with little breathy adlib here and mostly just space
