I need a female vocalist to replace the vocals in the second part of the song (~3:50 to the end). This is an old song of mine that I'm "remaking" for an album I'm working on. Originally, I made it for a competition (it won!), but there was a hard deadline and for the the song to work, I needed female vocals for the female POV. I got a non-singer friend of mine to do them, and then pitch-corrected them and drenched them in FX. I'd rather not have to do that now that I have a ton of time to work on it and find a proper singer. Be aware the song is still very much a work-in-progress.

You should stick to the general melody of the current vocals. Though some extra "flair" is fine. For the vocal style, you really have a lot freedom, but because of the nature of the character, they should be "confident". And they should contrast with the sort of bitter morosity of my vocals (the male POV). The song is about the limits of perception and our inability to really share our internal experiences with other people. The theme is played out in a sexual vignette to really contrast the mindsets of two people, even when they think their at their closest.

All of my music is free (libre and gratis), so royalties don't really come into it as I won't be making any money from the song.
