Vocals and lyrics wanted - track called "Romantically Touching"

I would like a vocalist to write and sing lyrics to one of my many instrumental tracks.

This instrumental is called "Romantically Touching" but you can choose any lyrics you want. Apologies, my budget is low as I am trying to maximise the number of jobs within my budget.

PLEASE NOTE: I had a question from a vocalist. The fee is for both vocals and lyrics and I would retain all commercial rights to the song.

My only suggestions are please make it romantic and touching, but not too sad please, I would rather it was uplifting and joyful if possible.
You choose your melody line / harmonies etc and if you need me to create a version of the instrumental without the melody line and without the drums (to make it easier for you to sing over) I should be able to do that.
