Old school techno MC style vocal line

I am looking for a techno MC style vocalist to record his line for my new track. It's very little singing required, more groovin and almost shouting with the track trying to be as expressive as possible (the track is about a person who is trapped somewhere and desperately wants to get out and run to his love).

To make your job easier I have prerecorded my own vocal on the part of the track which of course doesn't work well yet, but should give you clear guidance what to do and the direction which the track will be moving to. When the artist is selected he will receive full text and the reference track so it's basically just following the script.

I would like for the vocal to strongly express the desperation but at the same time be very clear and follow the simple tune I imagined. The person I am looking for should have recording gear and somewhat treated room so I receive the material as dry as possible.

Attached a part of my track so you see what I mean (some parts are more or less repeated, others are short melodic phrases, around 2 minutes in total). If you are confident you can perform this, let's discuss the details after that. Again, it would help tremendously if you have some techno MC experience, as I am trying to wake up this vibe in this one. The voice I would like to aim for is 30-40 African American ideally (I was inspired by Green Velvet for example with). Caucasian is also an option, but would give it a different vibe and we would need to do a short test first.
