Need a producer for a unique drum and bass track

Hi, I'm looking for a producer for one track possibly more. My budget is really around $30 a track. I'm primarily a cabaret singer but I'm looking to include some drum and bass into my act, so the lyrics will be unique and campy and most likely tell a story. ( see the brief sample above).

The sound I'm looking for would be like:

or maybe more liquid like
