Topline needed for pop record

I just started this project and have got to the point where I can start looking for a topliner. I need two verses, chorus and a bridge. But for now, I'll judge you by what you can do with the chorus.

I don't know what I want when it comes to lyrics but all I know is that I want it to end with "how was I supposed to know", so I left that phrase in there. So the theme of the lyrics can be about heartbreak for example.

Even if contests are about submitting demos, I expect you to submit a good quality recording so I can judge by the quality too. I'm not going to pick you if the recording is done with a bad mic.
