A Palestinian/American multilingual artist and songwriter, Lana Lubany has always known a career in the music world was awaiting her. Growing up, Lubany had the opportunity to perform for Barack Obama, Pope Benedict XVI, alongside Bobby McFerrin, Peter Yarrow of “Peter, Paul and Mary” and other notable artists and public figures at a very young age.
The London based songstress is very versatile, her music a fusion of dark sultry pop, cleverly crafted rhythmic rap, dynamic harmonic arrangements and powerful vocals. Furthermore, she utilizes catchy hooks and interesting melodies with a special touch of Middle Eastern influences, highlighting her ability to transcend cultural genres. Having made an appearance on MTV USA, racked up millions of plays on SoundCloud and cultivated a loyal following on social media, all the while being completely independent, Lubany's future in music is promising.
Her debut EP 'Devil in My Eden' was released on June 5th, 2020, featuring her singles 'Alive in Hell' and 'Isolation'.
