Yo ! My name is Will, aka Apollo, and I'm a melodic producer from Reno, Nevada. I started producing music about a year and a half ago, and I produce Melodic Dubstep / Melodic Bass. When I first got into music, I felt like I heard the cliche future bass sound way too much. Like, serum presets and cymatic drum loops cliche. So I wanted to create something that made me stand out, something that made you feel like you could reach your hands up and grab the stars right out of the sky. I come from no musical background really, besides the violin in middle school, so you can imagine how intimidated I was by music production. I had no idea what I was doing, probably as beginner status as you can be (didn't even know what a kick was, HA!). At the end of the day, I just had a dream. So every single day I came home from school, work, whatever it may be, I would sit down and try to produce music out of my laptop. Ableton was my bible, and I tried to learn something new everyday. I would sit for hours and hours, just trying to understand what I was doing on a deeper level. I had little to none music theory, production, and even mixing and mastering intelligence. Yet through self teaching and persistence for what I love, I now love to incorporate instruments like piano, guitar, violin, cello, and more into my music, and do most of my own mixing and mastering. I have a long ways to go, but I'm proud of where we are today.

I absolutely love to preform, it gives me a rush like no other. I actually started messing around on my mixer in my bedroom before I started producing, and then I fell in love with music production a little later. I have had the incredible opportunities to say I have preformed alongside big names such as Slander, Party Thieves, Henry Fong, Gryffin, Stooki Sound, Bad Royale, Jaykode, Ekali, Wuki, Whethan, ARMNHMR, Win & Woo, Joyzu, gone b2b with Figure, and more. I also have had the incredible opportunity to have my music supported and listened to by Ekali, Andrew Luce, Kompany, Nitti Gritti, Kapslap, Basko, A Boy and A Girl, Crystal Skies, Abandoned and more!

Music has been such a fun journey this past year and a half and I cant wait to see where it goes next! Im so grateful for everyone who has supported my decision, I cannot wait to make you guys proud.
